We welcome teachers into our team from every background and life experience. We actively embrace cross-cultural diversity, recognising that creativity flourishes in a diverse and inclusive environment. We are anti-racist. We accept others without biases based on differences of any kind.

In our classes, we seek to create an environment where people feel comfortable being themselves. We acknowledge and honour the fundamental value and dignity of all individuals. We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, victimisation or discrimination.
